Catering Policies and General Information

Gotham Catering is a premier corporate catering NYC and full-service event company. Catering Policies. Owned and operated by professional chefs and experienced event planners, we specialize in crafting menus that highlight freshness, creativity, and seasonal flavors. Unlike other New York catering companies, we take pride in sourcing the highest-quality ingredients and décor from trusted world-class vendors, ensuring that every event leaves a lasting impression.

ORDERING
You can place your catering order by phone with our sales managers, available Monday through Friday
from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM at 917-472-7275. Orders may also be placed online at
www.gothamcateringnyc.com through our interactive catering menu.
For the best experience, we recommend placing orders early.
Certain items require 24–48 hours’ notice, though last-minute catering requests are often accommodated.

DELIVERIES
Our catering delivery services are available before and after standard business hours with advance arrangements.
Weekend (Saturday & Sunday) delivery is available with prior notice.
Additional charges apply for deliveries outside Manhattan.

PRESENTATION

• All menu items are delivered in elegant wicker baskets or premium disposable platters and bowls.
• Every order includes plates, napkins, cutlery, cups, and serving utensils.
• China trays, stainless steel chafers, and silverware are available upon request for an additional fee.
• Clients are responsible for lost or damaged non-disposable equipment.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES POLICY
Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours before delivery at no cost.
Because all items are custom-prepared, cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a 50% charge.
Same-day cancellations will be billed in full.
Please note: cancellations cannot be submitted via voicemail or email.
Adjustments and changes can be made up to 12 hours before delivery.

PAYMENT TERMS AND BILLING
We welcome corporate catering accounts in NYC. Applications are available online at
www.gothamcateringnyc.com or by phone. Payments may be made by major credit cards, company checks, cash,
or Gotham Catering house accounts. Deliveries billed to house accounts must be sent to the corporate address on file,
unless pre-approved. Special event catering requires a deposit. House accounts are billed monthly.

For large-scale events or recurring corporate clients, we offer fully customized catering menus
designed to fit your preferences, dietary needs, and event theme.

Gotham Catering offers full beverage service including soda, water, wine, beer, spirits, ice, and bar garnishes.
We also create custom cocktail menus and wine pairings to elevate your event.
